For all souls there has been previous incarnation as this is how we learn, grow and teach our matrix group however our incarnations can be so overwhelming for us physically (because we are programmed to forget our purpose) that much is left unfinished and many do not complete their souls task, the reason they incarnated, and where there is work left incomplete there will be attachments, as this is our soul memories and dna.
